Terms & Conditions

Shedlife Promotions PTY LTD, doing business as Shedlife Club (ABN 49 673 498 014) ("Shedlife Club," "we," "us," or "our"), administers the Shedlife Club service, offering ongoing subscription memberships governed by these terms and conditions.

Eligibility for Membership

1. To subscribe to a Shedlife Club membership, individuals must be at least 18 years old, anyone found to be under 18 will be null and void. Individuals must also be a resident of Australia to be eligble.

Membership Agreement

2. Becoming a member of Shedlife Club entails agreeing to the terms and conditions related to the usage of the Shedlife Club website and services.

3. This document creates a legally binding contract between Shedlife Club and every member upon subscription. By subscribing, you consent to these terms, conditions, and our Privacy Policy. We urge you to thoroughly review these documents and our Privacy Policy before purchasing a membership, which also detail how we handle your personal data and the options for opting out.

Shedlife Club Membership Options

4. Shedlife Club offers continuous subscription services through our platform, automatically renewing through direct debit until either the member cancels or we terminate the service in line with these terms.

We provide three loyalty membership plans, divided into monthly subscriptions, detailed as follows:

Membership Tiers

Club Membership

Monthly Cost: $19.99

Benefits include:

  • Access to discounts and special offers from Shedlife Club partners.
  • 1 accumulating entry per month into promotional draws.
  • Discounts on official Shedlife.co store merchandise.

Pro Member

Monthly Cost: $39.99

Benefits include:

  • One Shedlife Club shirt sent out free on initial membership subscription.
  • Access to discounts and special offers from Shedlife Club partners.
  • 2 accumulating entry per month into promotional draws.
  • Discounts on official Shedlife.co store merchandise.
  • Each consecutive 6 months of membership receive one exclusive Shedlife Club merchandise piece (T-shirt).

VIP Member

Monthly Cost: $79.99

Benefits include:

  • One Shedlife Club shirt sent out free on initial membership subscription.
  • Access to discounts and special offers from Shedlife Club partners.
  • 4 accumulating entry per month into promotional draws.
  • Discounts on official Shedlife.co store merchandise.
  • Each consecutive 3 months of membership receive one exclusive Shedlife Club merchandise piece (T-shirt).

Exclusive Member Merchandise

5. Exclusive members merchandise will be sent out based on your membership level, frequency is outlined in the tables above. On the 10th of each month we will check all memberships to see who is eligible and send out merchandise to all eligible at that time.

6. We will aim to have your merchandise printed and shipped before the end of the month following the month eligible for merch.

7. Merchandise will be sent to the billing address details entered on signup of your subscription, there is also a shirt size option that requires populating. It is your responsibility to make sure these details are correct so the merchandise can be delivered to you.

8. If you believe you should have received merchandise and haven’t please contact info@shedlifeclub.com with details and we will confirm if there has been an issue.

Promotional Draw Entries

9. Members earn entries into promotional draws based on their membership duration and tier. These entries are calculated monthly for ongoing subscriptions. Entries are awarded at the beginning of each billing period.

10. Upon cancellation of your membership your entries will be reset, if you decide to re-subscribe your entry count will be restarted.

11. If you change membership tier your entries from your previous tier will be added onto your new membership tier.

12. You must have an active membership at the time of the competition drawing to be eligible to win. For example if you have cancelled halfway through the month or a week before a major promotion you will no longer be in the draw to win, you MUST have an active membership to be in the draw.

Example. If you subscribe as a Club Member for 3 months you will have accumulated 3 entries, if you upgrade to a Pro Member your existing three months entries will be calculated based on the Club Membership accumulation rate of 1 per month and your future months as a Pro Member will be calculated at the new rate of 2 per month. If you were to be a Club Member for 3 months and a Pro member for 2 months you would have a total of 7 entries. This works the same for downgrading your membership, you will retain your entries earnt at a higher tier.

Changes to Membership

13. Members can adjust their subscription tier via the Shedlife Club website in the Account area. Memberships are pro-rated so you will pay the difference if you are upgrade for the current month and if you are downgrading you will pay nothing, no refunds provided for mid-cycle downgrades.

Example. If you want to upgrade from Club membership to Pro membership you will only be charged the difference between what you have already paid $19.99 for a Club Membership and the total of the month for a Pro membership $39.99. This would mean upgrading to Pro would only cost $20.00 that month, the following month you would be billed the full $39.99 as a Pro member. If you downgrade from the Elite Membership you will pay $0.00 to downgrade and keep your entries earnt that month as an Elite Member, at the start of your next billing cycle you will be billed at the downgraded rate.

Cancellation Policy

14. Membership can be cancelled anytime by logging into your shedlifeclub.com account and clicking on the cancel option in the “My Account” area. If you have any issues cancelling via our website please contact info@shedlifeclub.com. No refunds are provided for cancellations within an ongoing billing period. Cancelling a membership does not automatically remove you from our marketing communications.

You will retain your entries and access to partner discounts until the end of your final billing period.

Failed Payments

15. If a membership payment fails, we will attempt to collect payment multiple times before terminating the membership due to non-payment.

Re-subscription

16. Members can re-subscribe at any time. Re-subscribing within 30 days of cancellation allows members to retain their previous benefits. We will not pro-rata a cancelled membership, if you do decide to re-subscribe in the 30 days you will have to pay for the full monthly price, your entries will reflect what you have paid for that month.

Updating Personal Details

17. Members are responsible for keeping their personal and billing information up to date through the Shedlife Club portal or customer service contacts.

Limitation of Liability

18. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, excluding cases where it cannot be legally excluded. We aim to ensure the benefits of Shedlife Club memberships but cannot be held liable for indirect losses or damages arising from membership use.

Partner Directory

19. Partner codes are provided by partners and we are not responsible if the code no longer works, we test codes when added and do our best to keep things updated when things do change. If you have an issue with a code or a question about it’s usage you will need to contact the partner directly. If you do have any issues with a code please let us know so we can update the partner information on our website accordingly.

Amendments to Terms & Conditions

20. We may update these terms and conditions periodically. Members will be bound by any amendments once they are communicated via the Shedlife Club website or directly to members.
