Frequently Asked Questions
If you've signed up to a Pro or Elite membership you will receive a shirt on signup, these will get sent out as quick as our warehouse can get them out, usually packaged and sent within 1 - 2 days.
On the 10th of each month, we'll do a quick check of all memberships to see who's eligible for the latest gear. If you're on the list, your merch will be on its way!
We're aiming to get your gear printed and shipped before the end of the following month, so keep an eye on your mailbox!
Just a friendly reminder: Make sure your billing address and shirt size details are up to date when you sign up. We want to make sure your merch gets to you ASAP!
If you're expecting some goodies but they haven't shown up, hit us up at info@shedlifeclub.com. We'll get to the bottom of it and make sure you get what's coming to you.
Using the partner discounts is super easy. Once you're a proud member of Shedlife Club, you'll receive exclusive access to our online discount directory. When you find a deal that catches your eye, simply visit the partner's website and shop as you normally would. At checkout, just enter the special code we provide to unlock your discount. It's that simple!
You’ll find a list of all of our partners, their offers and unique discount codes in the “My Account” section of our website!

You can cancel your membership at anytime, simply log into your Shedlife Club account and click the cancel membership link, it'll take you to a cancellation page where you can finalise your cancellation.
Unfortunately, our current policy requires all members to be 18 years or older to join the Club. We know it's a bummer, and we wish we could include everyone, but we've got to stick to the rules for now.
We are working on something very special for all you little dudes and dudettes so watch this space!

Unfortunately we've decided to not pursue permits in South Australia any further, if you've signed up to the club from South Australia please get in touch with us if we haven't already.
No you will not be charged, however our system will ask for bank details however will not be charged to downgrade.
Unfortunately, at the moment, our promotions are only open to residents of Australia. We know it's a bummer if you're not based in Australia, and we truly wish we could include everyone. However, we're bound by certain legal and logistical constraints that restrict us from extending our promotions beyond Australian borders at this time.
We understand if this news is disappointing, but we still value your support and hope you'll continue to stay connected with us. Who knows? Maybe in the future, we'll be able to expand our reach and include folks from all over the world!
We use Stripe as our payment gateway on the website. The processing transmission is secured through TLS or SSL technology at the highest level of encryptions to keep cardholder data safe.
If you decide to cancel your membership, your entry count will reset at the end of your current billing period that you have cancelled. If you do resubscribe within 30 days of cancelling, your previous entries will be re-instated. If you decide to re-subscribe after the 30 days, your entry count will start fresh again.
Now, let's say you're switching up your membership tier! Your entries from your previous tier will be seamlessly added onto your new tier. We're all about making sure you keep those chances to win, no matter what.
You will keep your entries and partner discount access until the end of your current billing cycle, after that you will no longer have access or entries unless you re subscribe.
In order to be a winner, you must be an active membership!

As a shedlife club member, your membership entries are automatically in the draw for all Shedlife promotions! If you aren’t the lucky winner, those entries just carry over for future promotions.

Every month, you automatically get entries into our promotions just by being a member. And here's the cool part – those entries stack up over time.
Eg. If you subscribe as a Club Member for 3 months you will have accumulated 3 entries, if you upgrade to a Pro Member your existing three months entries will be calculated based on the Club Membership accumulation rate of 1 per month and your future months as a Pro Member will be calculated at the new rate of 2 per month. If you were to be a Club Member for 3 months and a Pro member for 2 months you would have a total of 7 entries. This works the same for downgrading your membership, you will retain your entries earnt at a higher tier.
